Professional Profile

My professional journey began in the world of big tech – I spent over 13 years at IBM, where I led teams within the z/OS Mainframes division. Over time, I worked my way up from shift leader and head of the education department to become a specialist in RACF security systems. I later joined the international Software Management Optimization team, where I helped optimize IT environments for key players in the banking and public sectors.

Although I’ve always been fascinated by technology and structure, I felt my true calling was elsewhere – closer to people, health, and prevention. I chose a new path that blends analytical thinking, a deep interest in the human body, and the ability to create innovative concepts. In the field of bodywork and public health, I bring a fresh perspective – combining knowledge of anatomy, fascial work, and somatic education with a long-term vision of a healthier society.

I am a certified therapist in scar and bone integration (ScarWork®, BoneWork® by Sharon Wheeler), a graduate of a structural bodywork school in Toruń, and the first certified practitioner of Structural Bodywork based on the Anatomy Trains® concept in the Czech Republic. I continuously expand my education – attending international trainings and studying fascial anatomy, including hands-on dissection under the guidance of Todd Garcia at the Medical Faculty in Katowice.

I serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Zoga Multidimensional Movement®, where we train professionals in physiotherapy, orthopedics, and related health disciplines. I lead projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and also contribute to the development of international educational programs. I bring scientific knowledge into practice – I lecture at Palacký University Olomouc, where I teach lifelong learning and University of the Third Age programs focused on the role of connective tissue in longevity.

I publish professional articles in both Czech and Polish – including in the journal Praktyczna Fizjoterapia i Rehabilitacja. I have appeared in media outlets such as Czech Television and Radio Čas, and I create my own educational content through the Spatial Body platform (formerly Vzdelání v pohybu). I also work individually in my private practice, Debická Bodywork, where I integrate body-based therapy with long-term personal development.

I am the founder of the project Restartuj hlavu (“Restart Your Head”), which addresses the overload of modern life. It focuses on digital wellbeing, mental hygiene, and psycho-physical renewal. The project merges somatic approaches, neuroscience, and the real-life needs of today’s society – once again emphasizing prevention, sustainability, and a healthier relationship with oneself and technology.

I’m driven by a desire to understand connections. I work with the body as much as with systems – I see details without losing sight of the bigger picture. I build new educational structures, translate complex knowledge into accessible formats, and foster meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration. I believe health is not just the absence of disease – it’s the ability to navigate oneself, one’s movement, and the world around us.

I am currently pursuing a blended bachelor’s degree in Public Health Protection and Promotion at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Palacký University Olomouc. This program deepens my knowledge in public health, epidemiology, and behavioral prevention, while allowing me to integrate it into my daily practice, teaching, and project development.
