Last weekend, I had the opportunity to lecture at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Palacký University in Olomouc, as part of their lifelong learning program.
My topic: Multidimensional Movement – The Key to Longevity and Fascia System Health.
I introduced the concept of Zoga Multidimensional Movement™, which integrates therapeutic movement with manual techniques and helps restore balance in the body. We discussed how movement affects intercellular hydration, the fascial system, and inner tissue mobility. We also touched on tensegrity, the embryological development of fascia, and their viscoelastic properties – and most importantly, how to apply this knowledge in practice with a focus on longevity.
The course also included a practical session – participants were able to experience a movement sequence from the Zoga concept firsthand. We demonstrated how to support internal motion and healthy fascial function.
I must say the group that gathered was absolutely wonderful – their active participation and interest elevated the whole event to another level.
Many thanks to Palacký University and the Faculty of Health Sciences for the invitation and excellent organization. It was a weekend full of inspiration, expertise, and a truly human approach to health.
